What about Animal Cruelty?

Unknown-2What is the biggest issue with our country right now? Some people would say debt, illegal immigration, foreign affairs, or a number of other important things that we have to deal with but even though it may not be our biggest concern at the time, we cannot forget all the animals that are being abused and neglected in our country.

Animal cruelty cases are definitely overshadowed by too many other issues in the media. Because of the amount of cases that go unrecognized, people are not understanding the intensity of Animal cruelty, and thus are not taking it upon themselves to do something.

The absurd number of animal cruelty cases reported everyday is just the small amount of cases that are actually reported. Most of the cases go unrecognized and don’t make it to the media or news. There is no national reporting system for animal abuse and that needs to change. People need to start realizing what is going on with these poor animals in the world around them. Let’s help to stop animal abuse!
